Café
The Beach Café consists of a coffee shop, a takeaway, several outlets selling ice-cream and drinks, and a beach goods shop. The whole is now managed ‘in house’ and we would welcome constructive comments and complaints so that we can improve the service we offer.
Opening hours are:
Summer (BST) 0900 - 1800 daily
Winter (GMT) 1000 – 1600 Friday and weekends only
Caution – By the very nature of the enterprise the various parts of the Café are opened progressively as demand increases. It is uneconomic to do otherwise. Also in really vile weather when there are no customers in the car park, the Manager is authorised to close before the times listed above.
Windsurfing and Kitesurfing Club
Comprises a clubhouse with changing rooms and showers. Also beach webcam, rescue service, hire centre, and board storage. Tuition for adults and children for wind- and kite-surfing, and power kiting.
